Why Learn Quran Recitation?
Quran recitation is the act that engages a person's heart, mind, tongue, and whole body. While reciting the Quran, both body and mind lose their distinction, and the entire existence becomes involved. Reading the Quran opens the doors of goodness in this world and life after death. And reciting it with Tarteel and Tajweed rules will fulfill the right of Quran recitation. According to Hadith, Allah rewards a person twice as a fluent person who keeps trying to recite the holy Quran.

It is used in al-Qur'an in Surah Muzammil, verse 4, as Allah(TA) instructs the Prophet saying- "Wa rattilil qur'aana tarteelaa" ,"and recite the Quran in slow measured rhythmic tones".The Arabic for "slow, measured rhythmic tones" is Tarteel.
